myExpedient login problems Are you having problems logging into myExpedient? Listed below are common problems. Please select your problem and follow the instructions provided. I am a Expedient customer. I don't have a Login or PasswordWe require a Login and Password to access my.expedient.net. If you are a Expedient customer, but do not have any services for which you need a Login or Password, you may locate your account using your account number here. Your account number may be on any invoices you receive from us, or if you are a business customer it may appear on your Customer Service Agreement.I am a Expedient Customer. I don't know my Login or PasswordFor past account.stargate.net users, you should use your Account Administrator username and password. In general, your Login is the same username you use to check your email, and is followed by your domain. Examples of Logins include username@expedient.net, username@erie.net, or username@stargate.pitt.edu.For new users, you may be asked to provide additional information such as an Access Code or billing information so we can grant you full Account Administration privledges. If you don't feel like entering this information or if don't know it, you may still log in. However, you will have limited viewing and management functions. If you don't remember your password, you can use our contact form to have a technical support representative get in touch with you to reset or obtain your password. If you need immediate assistance you may call us toll-free at 1-877-570-STAR. For further information see the myExpedient FAQ.Session expired / Can't log inIf you get a message saying that your session expired, it usually means that myExpedient was left open and you just need to close and reopen your browser to re-login. Staying logged into myStargate without logging out means someone else could change your information. However, if you login you get a blank screen, or a still can't log in, there may be a problem with your web browser cookie. The simplest way to solve this is to reset the zipcode on the page. To do this, click the Change zipcode setting in the dark blue Portal Tools box, enter a new zip code and click OK. If the problem still occurs, you may need to close your web browser and reopen the page. The next step if the problem still happens, you will need to delete the web browser cookie, click here for instructions.
